Wee... Hard to believe I'm on my Day 5 of INSANITY! It has been INSANE this whole week! Shaun T definitely kicked my butt! I am thrilled to see the definitions in my abs/obliques today (after almost a week of training INSANITY!!)
HARD WORKS IS PAYING OFF!!
