Welcome to my FINAL journey of 21-Day Ultimate Reset!

Hello! I want to share with you all on my FINAL results on my Ultimate Reset.  I completed 3 weeks two days ago on June 12th.  Yesterday was my first day of post-reset.  I feel G-R-E-A-T!!  My energy levels still are CHAMP unbelievably high.  I feel completely so CLEAN inside.  I feel the energy boosts of doing things, getting up in the mornings high-motivated, and feeling so GREAT.  I’m so GLAD to be back on my normal, daily routines with my workouts/trainings, my eating routines – not having to follow any specific, strict meal plans.  My 3 weeks with the U.R. meal plans is finished.

I did my workout in this morning; it was CHAMP, felt good!  We are doing moderate workouts around 50%.  Since we are in our post reset, it’s highly recommended to do 50% moderate workouts after reset for 1 week.  Right now, we’re doing Insanity Core & Balance.  That workout is fine and moderate, it gives me good heart beats, it’s not like head-rush, hardcore & sweaty trainings.  No, it’s moderate, good start for us to do until we return back home from Las Vegas.  We will pick up speed and get back on intense trainings 100% finishing up Insanity.

Back to the point on my experience, I want to share with you all.  3 weeks has gone by so FAST!  It went like BOOM!  I learned so MUCH through the journey, about everything including foods, emotionally & my physical appearance.  Several of my goals that I doubt, I never thought I would achieve.  I eventually ended achieving my goals from Ultimate Reset results.  Foods… Foods are unbelievably champ and DELICIOUS!  So many vary new foods that I never ate nor like, especially with the looks.  With the patience and learning, I bear trying and eating, end up LOVING them, champ and DELICIOUS!  It had changed my perspective on foods.  I learned a lot and definitely will add those recipes with our regularly meals for the family in near future to enjoy.  Plus, very HEALTHY!

Emotions… The feelings of temptations, you will struggle with cravings since you are used to your previous eating clean routines like junks or others.  Like I mentioned in my last vlog on kids, how I clean and eat up their leftover foods, eating some extra off from their plates.  Those are one of those things that changed my perspective, change my habits and shifted me in a right path with eating clean & follow portions.  It is also a GREAT experience with temptations.  First week wasn’t too bad, 2nd and 3rd week were hard.  There are some times I would want to eat the foods I used to eat before reset.  It definitely is a learning experience about eating raw.  Yes, many raw are good foods.

Physical appearance… Most of you know that I’m a mom of 4 kids.  I have had the post pregnancy pouch, look like a kangaroo pouch hanging out for 8-9 years.  I’ve worked so hard for past 2 years with serious trainings, serious meal plans/eating clean.  I still have the pouch, it slowly changed.  I still struggled for so long.  Many people, friends and trainers would tell me be patient, have the patience, keep up with hard work.  In my mentality, I would eventually achieve that goal in a very long time, not that very soon.  Ultimate Reset proved me wrong.  My entire post pregnancy pouch truly is GONE!  Absolutely GONE!  I have no pouch, it isn’t there anymore.  I am THRILLED!  I will show you my results from Day 1 – you definitely can see the pouch right there.  On my 21st day, you wouldn’t find it and ask, “Where is it?”  I’m IMPRESSED!

My total results, I lost 7.8lbs and 6 ¾ inches.  BIG difference.  Plus, it seriously did deep detox, cleansing toxins out of my body.  I felt GREAT!  Back to my routine, eating clean and working out regularly and continue to enjoy the rest.  It is a GREAT experience.

I want to add few things about my experience during the 3 weeks journey: tiredness, muscles soreness & tickling, burnt out, legs shaking and numb, soreness, muscle stiffness.  You would need to keep going and moving, stretching, take Epsom salt bath, or use hot tub with jets.  Keep moving and be active.  Do yoga and stretching.  No headaches.  Bearable, facing temptations and several others.

Dig Deep with Shaun T





I have never thought I would find something that I actually LOVE and ENJOY to every morning.  I have done P90X, Turbofire and ChaLEAN Extreme.  Turbofire was my favorite until my husband and I finally did Insanity-The Asylum.  I've fallen in love with the program.  Turbofire is AMAZING & AWESOME Intense HIITs trainings I love and enjoys the choreography of kickboxing.  I really love how I feel after I completed my Insanity/Asylum workouts. My butt gets kicked by Shaun T's and made me DIG DEEPER.  Always have sore muscles, knowing I worked hard!  I love how it gives me the energy, my endurance has improved greatly, makes me stronger.  I can go on with Shaun T.

A Dark Secret

Black and deep-purple foods are brimming with health benefits.  That's because anthocyanins, a plant compound responsible for the foods' color, are powerful antioxidants that may protect cells from damage and diseases like cancer and heart disease.

Strength Training for Kids??



 


Why should you involve kids into fitness/exercise and eating clean?  Do you know that Child Obesity in AMERICA is on HUGE RISE!  One in three American kids and teens is overweight or obese, nearly triple the rate in 1963.  We need to STOP the epidemic of Obesity in America, by EDUCATING and HELPING each other!  We need to educate the parents to teach and lead a healthy lifestyle for themselves AND for their children!









LET'S END THE TREND OF OBESITY!!!






It’s best to get your kids to start exercises at early age! Yep! Muscle-building exercises can increase strength and bone density, reduce the risk of sports-related injuries, and improve heart health.  It is a way for your child to increase muscle endurance and strength. It is not to meant to body-build or bulk up.  No dumbbells needed here, kids can benefit by using their own body weight.


First, try to make sure aerobic activity adds up to more than 60 minutes a day. Aerobic activity is anything that gets your heart going — like biking, swimming, hiking, dancing, or running. Then take a few minutes for some strength training. Exercises like the ones below help build muscle to boost metabolism and keep joints working well.  Flexibility is the third component of well-rounded exercise. Yoga is one best way to stay flexible.
You want to set a good example, be the role model for your kids.  Do the fun exercises/workouts with them! Most of the time when I do my exercises/workouts or go out for running or swimming, my kids would tag along!  There are several KIDS workouts through Beachbody that you can order for your kids. My kids enjoyed the Fitness workout DVDs we have to do it at home.

There are few examples of strength training for your kids that you can do it at home:


  •  BALL JUMP: Have your child place a lightweight ball between her feet and jump across the room, keeping the ball in place.  Repeat 7-10 times.  BENEFIT: This helps your child build strength in her quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes while providing a fun cardio workout.
  • CURL-UP TOSS: Have your child lie down with legs bent and ball on chest. He should slowly come up all the way, keeping chin off chest. At top of curl-up, he can toss the ball up and catch it, then slowly lie back down.  Repeat 7-10 times.  BENEFIT: Builds core strength.
  • SQUAT JUMP:  While she’s holding the ball, she should squat down, then jump up as high as possible while lifting the ball above her head. Repeat 7-10 times. BENEFIT: Helps build lower-body strength.
  • PLANK WALK: In a push-up position, have him place ball between ankles.  Keeping body in a straight line, have him walk forward with his hands for 10 seconds.  Kids can work up to 30 seconds, making sure they maintain proper form. BENEFIT: Improves core and upper-body strength..

Any of you, brides are getting ready for your upcoming wedding day?  Are you feeling fit for your upcoming wedding? Do you want to lose weight, feel fit, get in good shape to fit in your beautiful wedding dress in time before YOUR BIG DAY?

I have GOOD news!  I'm excited!!

My coach, Tyler, and I will be hosting a Bride Boot Camp.  Each of us will have 5 ladies in our groups.  We will have a BATTLE competing each other with our groups for 30 days!  The groups will have supports, encouragements, motivations, eating clean tips, sharing advices, share wedding plannings, etc.  There are so many others I can go on.  The best of ALL, we all will have fun, it's a FUN competition.  We all will enjoy, build new friendships, sharing and connections.  It'll be FUN, it will be WORTH it!
